I work fractionally.

A few days a week for a season, or one scoped project. This page says what I build, how I work, and what I don't do.

01 What I build

Everything from lead generated to closed won to project installed.

Before the sale

  • Lead qualification tools
  • Lead routing and CRM intake
  • Funnel analytics and KPI dashboards
  • AI call processing and post-call notes

Closing

  • Proposal and quote generation
  • Price books and product configuration
  • Deal package checks and contract review
  • Payout and promotion controls

After the sale

  • Field dispatch and appointment routing
  • Job and milestone tracking for ops teams
  • Help desk triage and ticket routing
  • Manager dashboards for distributed teams
02 My process
Discovery · 1 to 2 weeks

Map how deals move through your system.

We create a process diagram for your business, identify the bottlenecks, and use data to validate the pinch points.

Deliverables include a business process map, data analysis, and dashboards.
Alignment

Agree on the problem.

We figure out the North Star KPI, the KPIs supporting it, and which fix moves them first.

Deliverables include a prioritized roadmap.
Execution

Ship the top fix.

I create the prototype and write the stories. If I can't build it myself with AI, I work with a dev team to bring your implementation to completion.

Deliverables include AI builds, CRM workflows, or contracted development work.
03 Engagement length

The size of the problem sets the size of the engagement.

Small · 2 weeks

One pinch point

Something you wish you could wave a wand at and never do again. One or two discovery sessions, then a few days of build.

Medium · 4 weeks

One process

A workflow with several steps and more than one team touching it. Discovery, a roadmap, and the first fix or two shipped.

Large · 12 to 16 weeks

One system

A rebuild or a new system across the funnel. The full process, run with your team, with builds shipping every few weeks.

04 Engagement shapes

Three ways to bring me in.

A project

A scoped build with a date on it. We agree the problem, I map it, I build it, and we stop.

Fits when the problem is already scoped.

Fractional capacity

Two to four days a week for a season. I'm in Slack, in the CRM, and in the standups, running your internal tools like a product.

Fits when no one is in the seat yet.

Coaching

You have an ops or systems hire who lacks senior context. Weekly one-on-one, async questions, and review of their work, so the build stays on course without hiring a VP.

Fits when you have a junior hire worth mentoring.
05 A note on fit

I build business technology.

I don't do sales, and I'm not an admin. My strength is helping you understand and articulate your problems and the solutions to them, so the right thing gets built, works within your system and process, and relieves a pain point for you.
